Are you passionate about technology and the environment? Our start-up in the green tech industry (heat pumps) is seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to gain hands-on experience and make a difference in the world of sustainable technology.
Position 1: technical intern electronics and control
Key Responsibilities / What you will do:
- Design and create sensors and control electronics; pragmatically create the control components and sensors (hardware) that allow the drill to be controlled automatically. Make the software to do the control.
- You will use Arduino’s, raspberry Pi’s to do so.
- You will devise sensors and electronics for the drilling process.
- Test prototypes; you participate in frequent tests in order to validate your designs and designs other team mates come up with.
- Collaboration; we are a small team where every individual counts. We need your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve our product and drive our projects forward.
- Engage in problem-solving exercises, learn by doing on a daily basis and contribute fresh perspectives to the development of the GEHECO product.

Position 2: Technical prototyping Intern
Key Responsibilities / What you will do:
- Detail design of prototypes; pragmatically create the drawings required to create prototypes
- Build prototypes; you will make the prototypes with tools provided in the (very well equipped) mechanical workshop. Your main responsibility is to take design concepts and improvements, and build prototypes which you will assemble yourself and test.
- Collaboration; we are a small team where every individual counts. We need your analytical thinking and problem solving skills to improve our product and drive our projects forward.
- Engage in problem-solving exercises, learn by doing on a daily basis and contribute fresh perspectives to the development of the GEHECO product.
